Meet our Founders - With over 40 years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry...Brian, Bill and Donnie
CP Cyber was founded by three cybersecurity experts with diverse backgrounds. This trio of professionals consists of: Brian Cather, a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant and Certified Ethical Hacker specializing in penetration testing; Bill Evert, the Managing Partner and Program Manager with over 25 years of experience in leading cybersecurity and IT assessments; and Donald McLaughlin, a Senior Vulnerability Analyst and Penetration Tester with a military and NSA background. This formidable team offers high-quality cybersecurity services and solutions to our clients.

Within our ranks we have US Armed Forces Veterans, former NSA and FBI Personnel, IT auditors for the "big 4," and Federal Government contractors. In addition to deep-level cybersecurity expertise, our team also possesses extensive expertise and experience in delivering compliance-based audits to the requirements of NIST 800-53, CIS, FedRAMP, CMMC, SEC, HITRUST and PCI DSS, among others.
